Customer Services At MFC Survival we offer comprehensive product support from our servicing division, PrimeServe. With a dedicated department of Head Office staff, and a recently expanded team of in-field Customer Support Engineers based across the country, we are fully capable of meeting all your service and maintenance requirements. Within our servicing framework we can test, repair and service the following product groups: We are acutely aware that downtime incurred to service and repair products can cause significant disruption from services being offline. As such we strive to uphold a prompt and efficient service at all times, and keep customers fully informed with where their product is in the servcie procedure and when it will be back online. To achieve this we operate a process allocating customers with a unique identification reference. Order acknowledgements are always supplied, and customer service staff are available to respond to any query. We also pursue an active policy of customer follow-up to monitor response to our service and facilitate ongoing improvement.
